A little taste of Paris in Koh Pich. There could not be a better location for the Café de Paris in Phnom Penh. Located in Koh Pich , right at the foot of the Elysee, this café brings exactly what the neighborhood was missing. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping straight into Paris—without ever leaving Phnom Penh.

If you love France, this spot definitely deserves a place on your list.

Huge crush on the décor. Everything is designed to recreate a true Parisian atmosphere, with that romantic and elegant touch we all love. You will find plenty of details inspired by Paris, such as:
  • Classic Parisian terrace tables and chairs, perfect for sitting back and watching people go by
  • Haussmann-style balconies, beautifully done
  • French-style paintings
The Café de Paris Koh Pich is perfect for breakfast, a light lunch, or simply a coffee break. When it comes to drinks, there’s something for everyone: coffee, latte, matcha, and even delicious milkshakes.

But the real pleasure comes from the food. If you are feeling a bit hungry, you will love these French classics:
  • Delicious sweet crêpes in Phnom Penh (sugar, Nutella, jam…)
  • Authentic French toast (pain perdu)
  • Savory galettes (cheese, ham…)
Another big plus: the interior is bright and spacious. Unlike some cafés in Phnom Penh that can feel a bit dark, the natural light here makes the space very pleasant. It is clean, calm, and perfect for chatting, getting some work done, or simply enjoying the moment.

If you are looking for a nice café in Phnom Penh with a Parisian vibe, I highly recommend it.

There's no cuter coffee shop than Toto by Chichi — I melt the moment I see their cups, and their drinks are just as delicious as they are no common.

It's impossible to resist the coffee-misu: a latte elevated with airy mascarpone cream and a ladyfinger biscuit. Matcha lovers won't be left out thanks to its green tea version, the matcha-misu.

In addition to the essential iced coffee and matcha latte, the menu also offers colorful, caffeine-free creations that are sure to delight children. I especially enjoyed the Toto's Fantasy, a rich blend of Oreos, milk, and strawberry mousse. I was, however, a bit less convinced by the avocado-based drinks.

As for sweets, their pastries are incredibly mouthwatering. The mochis — wonderfully soft and perfectly sized — are a true delight. Special mention goes to the strawberry and mango ones, my favorites.

The BKK location is spacious and nicely decorated, although it could use a bit more warmth in the vibe.

In short, Toto by Chichi is a spot I highly recommend: the drinks are creative, the pastries delicious, and the prices very reasonable. A must-visit for both adults and children.
